As a client or customer of Brain Function Testing, LLC (“BFT”), all information related to your testing results will be kept confidential. Only with your written permission will this information be released to anyone outside of BFT, other than receiving your test results, except as required by law. Legal exceptions include the following: a court order.

We may provide your Personal Information (excluding billing information or testing results) to our third party marketing partners (“Direct Marketers”) so that they can directly inform you about products or services which may be of interest to You. If you do not want us to share Your Personal Information with such Direct Marketers you may opt-out of our doing so by notifying us in writing at support@brainfunctiontesting.com.

We reserve the right to use general testing information, demographic information, aggregate scores, or other information collected on you or other users of Brain Function Testing's website for anonymous statistical, marketing, informational, or other uses, however we will never release information personal information concerning your identity.

BFT implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect the security of your Personal Information both online and offline, and we are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information to those employees we reasonably believe need such information do their jobs.

Your BFT Account information is protected by the password you use to access your online account. It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your BFT Account and that you immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your BFT Account. If you forget your password, you may email us at support@brainfunctiontesting.com to request a new password upon our verification of other information we maintain about you.

The Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your Personal Information when you make purchases. To make purchases through the Website, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your Personal Information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
